Age Verification Removed Due To Trade Dispute

Okay:
Remove the fake cleaning rod under the barrel. See the small screw holding the gas tube? Remove that and you can slide the gas tube assembly forward. From there, the upper and lower handguards can be pulled free without difficulty.

hey, remove the screw that holds the gas tube and then slide the gas tube forward, then you can remove the lower handguard, you may be able to remove the upper handguard as well but you may need to remove the screw that holds the bracket in place, this screw is located by the rear sights.
hope this helps Last edited by pusangani; April 9th, 2008 at 14:01.. Reason: damn too late! |

Try Canadian Tire. They're cheap but not that great, though.

Its dependant on the brand. Some companies make their metal bodies on other brands, so one companies metal body may not work for anothers. Unfortunetly Im not an AK variant user so I dont know to many of the details. Installation difficulty is dependant on your knowledge of how of working with your AEG. If you are good at taking it apart and reassembling it, then in most cases its just a quick swap out. However in some instances there may be trouble shooting and some slight modifacation required.
