Ive also owned about 4 or 5 GBBs now and all have had problems. Some major and some just had mag leeks, so Id think that a AEP would be more reliable.

Also most parts for most GBBs are extremely hard to find.
Yeah, forsure an AEP would be more reliable, but can you service it on the field?
Can you hit someone at over 50ft accurately? Does it function properly in heavy rain (the kind where you come out looking like you just took a swim) ?

It'll be a while yet before AEPs can match GBBs in fps, if ever. As a result, assuming equally good hopup and BB, GBB (NBB for that matter) has the edge in range due to the superior KE it can impart. While TM AEPs have very good hopups, their projectile also don't have nearly as much energy to work with.

Question is whether GBB's additional range is practical for what most people use GBB for.

No, most likely not.... Unless you got a runner under the impression that you can't reach him at 50+ feet.

While the AEP is not as high-quality (ie: mostly plastic compared to GBB's where you can get full metal) it is still quite a lot of fun to shoot and use. I have owned the Glock and Beretta and both were wonderful!

Which gbb gun would you recomend. I need it to use green gas(propane) and it must have semi and full auto firing modes.

theres only 2 guns i know of that fire full auto, its the KSC Glock 18c, and the KSC M92f. I personally own a glock, and damn, its fun in the beginning but right now theres a problem with mine and i cant seem to figure out whats wrong with it. Also, the M92f is ugly, but then that just falls under a matter of opinion.

autohandgun, as you were told in other threads read the FAQs and stop asking the same questions over and over and expecting to be spoon-fed. Use the search button or Google to find what you're after
