Nah, what i would do, is buy the SMOOTH FTK, a sorbo pad, and a slightly softer spring, I don't know about where you play, but it comes with an M110, that might put you over 400.
Buy a S100, and an S90 spring, and just swap them in and out as needed, springs are cheap, and having a few choices depending on where your playing is nice, plus, 2 springs is a hell of a lot cheaper then a second mechbox.

so evry time I choose to play indoors you think I should strip my gun down and swap the mech box back and forth?
Even doing a swap back and forth of springs to go inside or out seems like it would be un needed wear and tare. I'm building two rifles. Having one mech box, isn't what i wish to do

Well, Once you get to know what your doing, a spring change is a 5 minute job.
Again, if you want to spend the extra money for a second mechbox, go for it, but its like 200 bucks, vs. 20 for 2 springs. Also, when you say your building 2 rifles, you actually mean 2 rifles? or two configurations based of the same base rifle?

well m4 and m15 type two rifles. they will be there own rifles.
The one I will be using my classic army m15a4 body for. making it as short and compact as I can. for indoor CQB the other I will build around a Magpul rcvr and make it the higher end gun for rane and accuracy in the field.

Ohhhhh, sorry, i though you were just building one gun, and using it for both CQB and outdoor.
IMO, CQB guns doing really need to be built for high-performance, most CQB places play low FPS and semi only, so you dont need to worry about high ROF. So, what i would do. Outdoor mechbox: Stock CA+Modify SMOOTH FTK+Sorbo pad+M100 spring Indoor: basic JG drop in box+M90 spring+sorbo pad+Shim job But talk to Amos, apperently hes local, and he really knows his stuff, im sure he would be able to help you more then i can
