Replacement hop up for VFC HK416.

Just like the title says I'm looking for a replacement hop up unit for a VFC HK416. The one I have won't feed properly (I just bought it and I think there's some damage I wasn't informed of). I looked around briefly but nothing stood out. I'd like to get something that will last and make sure it's compatible with the stock VFC internals.

Thanks folks,
Rick

I put the nice Promy Neo one in mine and it works great. I think any of the good M4 one piece ones should fit.

What is it doing, and what kind of mag are you using?

I use Magpul PMAGs and I'm using the gun as a medium range assault role, if that's what you're asking. Thanks for the help. I'm also having a bit of a problem with the magwell, it doesn't catch the mags very well, the previous owner mentioned modding the magwell but I don't know much about that, any ideas?

Cheers

Other folks have mentioned the Pmags not fitting that AEG very well. I'd just switch to another mag, I've run the stock VFCs in mine and the King Arms low caps.

due to the shape of the 416 mag well, Magpul Pmags dont fit all the way in. the front inside edge of the mag well needs to be filed down to fit the Pmags. i run Magpul PTS Pmags on my VFC416 and i had to file the mag well befor the mags would fit.
if you need to see exactly where to file i can post a picture.
