Single shot pocket-gun

Has anyone ever used one of these, or even see one in person?

It's described as:
- including a .68 cal. barrel for a single paintball
- includes barrel that shoots several 6mm airsoft BB's at the same time
- "shell" contains an air chamber which is charged via constant air adapter (CO2 or HPA)
- single shot, break action
- take Tanaka shells (http://www.airsoftextreme.com/store/...oducts_id=3406)

It's been on redwolf for a long while. There is another brand which resembles a metal flare gun, with the same theory.

neat, at first I thought it was a type of bear banger. I have had one of the shells from a bear banger detonate about 3-4 feet from my head when I was camping once, I was partially deaf for the rest of the day.

Would those still count as replica firearms, considering that nothing out there looks like them?

Yet it would count as a replica because it looks like a "firearm"; even when the item is not a 1:1 copy of a real pistol/rifle/etc.

Interesting as a novelty gun, but I think I still prefer my Derringer: at least I get a second shot.

Otherwise get a Colt 25, PPK or Glock 27 -- all of which are similarly sized and considerably more useful.

No it would not be a replica firearm.

The agent who inspects may seize but if you appeal it it'll go to somebody who knows their shit and they will see that it's not a replica.

So you don't think they'd just lump that into the "handguns with barrels less than or equal to 105 mm" classification?

It's not a firearm, if anything it looks like a signalling device (flare gun).

It takes what looks like a shotgun shell, and can be used with paintball.

Since it can take the Tanaka Works Shell I'd like to use one of the Madbull CO2 ones with it, that'd make it worth buying.
