Okay so where do i start.. I ordered a sniper rifle on September 11th. At the time there was no information about the shipping being delayed 20 days, but I figured I'd send them an email after a week had gone by,after some time I had them reply back explaining that it was a 20 business day shipping due to high orders. Well after 20 days I have received no emails or no tracking number.

I have made 2 attempt to contact your store with no reply.. the payment for
the rifle was received on 9/11/09..I understand sometimes delivery can be
slow.. but could you supply a tracking number or carrier information as to
see if the rifle is in transit?

Bonjour Randy,

Sorry for the time of my answer, I was out of the office for the last few
days!
You should know, because of the high volume of sales, we ask a delay of 20
business days for every orders we received, stock or not! Shortly you will
receive a tracking number to follow your new baby via Canada Post!



If there is anything that we can help you with, let us know. Thank you very

(this was september 24th)

Monday October 12th is a holiday here so nothing by then either. So the 13th would make it like 21 days and still no tracking number. The worst part is that they are only 1.5 hours away from me.

Quick update

Contacted my bank as I still have received no information from softshoot and item is way overdue. Purchase was refunded from Bank. and sellers has 30 days to prove item was delivered which it hasn't. if anyone is have issues with softshoot i recommmend contacting your bank as soon as possible.. I wouldn't recommend softshoot to anyone!

Okay now this is after I called my credit card company a reported that they charged my credit card and had still not received the merchandise. So they refunded my money to the credit card and and would do it permanently after 30 days if softshoot could not provide proof of delivered merchandise. So instead of shipping the product and getting his money he cancels the order so now the refund is permanent. And he actually cancels the order on the 19 th of October which is 26 business days after I placed the order. So obviously it wasn't even close to being shipped. Do not I repeat do not order from this company

Here is the type of business these guys run!! They screwed up, wasn't me selling their product. Then they blacklist you because you contacted your credit card company to alert them of shoftshoot business practices.

Please keep in mind LeGROS has not replied. As he knows full well he was in the wrong. Im done with the thread now but I hope to have saved someone from ordering from an online retailer that has no idea how to do business..
