QD mounts for RIS

For some reason, all my QD mounts for my flashlight and laser are VERY loose on my left and right RIS of my CA M15A4 CQB rifle. However, it mounts fine on my lower rail.

I tried the following mounts but they all seem to wobble for some reason. I measured the size of the mounts and they all seem to be the same size though.

Any suggestions?

I've experienced that too. The lower rail on my GBtech RAS seems slightly wider. G&P rails (like on flattop receivers) also seem a big "skinnier."

I'm a big fan of the throw lever mounts, too: I've added a small piece of electrical tape on the angled mount surfaces (the < > shapes) and it mounts quite snugly on G&P receivers. You can probably achieve the same thing with the CA rail.

Hey thanks for your reply Drake. Did you add the electrical tape to the < > of the mount, or directly on the RIS rail itself?
