new spring in ics m4

if you put a 150 spring in a stock ics m4 that makes it shoot around 350-360 according to 007 airsoft, will it render the life of the gun shorter.

Yes. It will put additional strain on the gears.

And the mechbox shell. But 350 or 360 is a medium upgrade, not too hard on the gun.
