I am still looking for my first gun, and I found this one that I REALLY REALLY like, is it any good? Is it compatible with other models for parts?

Hop-Up: Same as ICS Metal Version Hop-up. Adjustable.
Initial Velocity: 300-330 fps with .20 g BB
Motor: ICS infinite Motor

Outer Barrel Material: same as ICS metal version, metal
RIS Material: same as ICS metal version, metal

High Quality Silicaon Wiring System: Yes
Hot-Swap Gearbox Desing (Change your upper gearbox(main spring & piston) in under 5 minutes!: Same as ICS Metal version, Metal split gear box
Working forward assist knob (releaves strain on gears after use) :yes

It's pretty much an ICS M4 CQB with a new body. So it's compatible with most if not all Ver.2 Gearbox parts

Looks like that folding(?) stock would impede the selector switch.

It is compatible with M4 parts. Although you may want to consider this gun for CQB only (even if you decide to buy a new upgraded upper gearbox - ICS guns have their own SPLIT mechbox design, which is really awesome) because of the short barrel.

hey brokenbird, did u purchase the ICS-160 CXP? if yes, have you had any problem with it cause im thinking about gettin that gun as my first gun.

If you are going to buy this gun DON'T buy the $105 upper mechbox. Its honestly so much cheap buy the parts separate and put it together by yourself. Since its only the upper mechbox it will be a breeze. There are plenty of youtube how to videos and I'm sure everyone here will be happy to help.
