Are you asking what his loadout consists of?

- Peltor COMTAC with PTT
- Oakley SI M-frames
- Inova Microlight
- Safariland 6004
- Single point sling
- M16 w/ KAC M5 RAS and Aimpoint
- Mish mash of issue kit

Is that a 40mm pouch on his ALICE belt? Looks almost too big. Or is that a smoke grenade pouch?

Also, looks to be a M9 judging by the fat pistol grip.

Irrelevant, but anyone else notice how he's holding that M16? His hands would have to be at least 14 inches, fingertips to palm heel, to hold it like that.

His main chest rig... Looks a bit like a TT MAV 1 piece with a bib to me. Plus 80s style GI belt, Safariland holster, etc.

It's a videogame after all. Alot of the gear is just a cross section of different things mashed together.
