Agm m4 gbb

I was thinking about getting the AGM M4 GBB instead of the CA M15A4. What do you guys think? Is the AGM gun stable and reliable? I really like the recoil that this gun has to offer. Thanks!

Although i am unaware of any in country yet, they are probably going to be pretty rough. They are even cheaper then the WE BBG M4s and those have been known to have some problems.

Also, good mags for any M4 GGB are about a hundred bucks a throw.

Get the CA, you won't be dissapointed, maybe you won't have the cool recoil feature, but you will have a much more gameable gun.

Mags are not $100 dollars anymore. AGM mags are supposedly $18USD shipped, and there are GHK mags for $50, which is comparable to PTW mags when there weren't any aftermarket ones.

I think your purchase will depend on:
1. Is it your first gun?
2. What is your playing style

In general, GBBr's are for players that have some level of trigger discipline and make their ammo really count for them. This is for playing style, there are still the downsides to GBB's such as poor or no performance in cold weather, cool down, etc. etc.

So if you like being sneaky sneaky, and picking your shots carefully, I definitely would get an AGM M4.

However; the CA, or any AEG for that matter will be a safer, generally more reliable and skirmishable gun for most players.

I said good mags, for 18 bucks those AGM mags are probablly gonna leak like theres no tomowrow...

The WA mags are in no way good, as they also will leak after a couple fills If anything, the AGM is better, because of the work needed for the mag. I'd rather pay 18 bucks + a set of G&P rings or teflon tape, than 100 bucks (which I think is more like $130 now, as the original style WA mags are no longer made and have been replaced by new "super version").

Thus far, no mags for the WA platform are "Good" as there have been reports for leaks for all 4 types of mags (GHK, Bomber, AGM, and WA). However, GHK and Bomber leaks the LEAST. I've had my GHK for several weeks, gamed twice and I still have no leaks, which is a lot more than I can say for the WA ones.

Actually, what I've read so far indicates that the AGM mags are quite acceptable. They have some gas seal issues (seating too low?) compared to others, but not nearly as many leaking issues as WA mags are purported to have.

Still, if it's your first gun, the AEG is recommended. Even if you eventually get the GBB, it's nice to have a relatively reliable and proven backup.

Sorry, i retract my statement, i don't know enough about it, just made assumptions about the quality of AGM, and that WA would be as good as they usually are

It's really hard to say, but as for terms of reliability, CA FTW for sure. AGM GBB's are a completely new thing (even WA GBB'S are still a fairly new addition to airsoft). AGM isn't exactly a great brand anyways, and a first generation AGM combined with a new GBB platform is just asking for a failure IMO.

You're talking about apples and oranges here. You can't compare and AEG with a GBB.

Well, okay. Let me tell you this. Whichever gun I want, regardless if its the AGM M4 GBB or the CA M15A4, I wanna make it look like a sopmod. If I was to get the AGM M4 GBB, i would change the hand guard to a 7" RIS, and to a crane stock.

Style of play? I would rarely use fully automatic and would rarely rush and kill. I like to use semi auto and snipe targets from far away. If I do get either the AGM or CA gun, i would mainly do indoor shooting for now. I might game later on but thats still undecided as im quite busy right now.

But I like the CA M15A4 cause its stable, sturdy and reliable. I like the AGM because of the GBB and its cheaper and I wouldnt have to buy an expensive battery and charger (not the cheap ones). Im worried for gas leaks, internals breaking, gearbox wearing out, etc.

So I hope that answers your questions better to assist me with my decision. Thanks!

The AEG will be way more reliable than the GBB, and it will work in any weather.

An AEG will still be cheaper than the AGM.
AEGs are more reliable, and you can game it.
With the AGM you cannot, unless you change up, and swap parts to RA TECH which the end price of your AGM GBB would be about 600-700$.

the way i see th agm m4 gbb is most like a porn gun, to play with it rack the bolt, release bolt again and again... i'm pretty interested in picking one up as a fun gun if the price goes down a bit, cause the prices i saw seemed kinda high...
