Parklands CF Style Tacvest in Toronto

I've been looking around for a tacvest similar to the Canadian one, in black. I've found one from Parklands, decently built with decent reviews. I saw that Army Issue sells them, but they're a bit out of my commuting range. Does anybody know where I can find this tacvest:

In Metro Toronto? I have to buy it in person, and the TTC is my only commuting option. Close to downtown is best, but further out is acceptable.

Thanks.

Yup, was surprised by the fact that Armyissue knew the detailed answer to every question I asked him. It's gonna be a long commute, but for the service, I think it'll be worth it.

Okay, so it's been a few months of usage, and I guess I'll post my thoughts on the vest.

It took me a few hours to burn off all the random threads that Parklands left hanging around. But it was worth it. I then moved the bayonet frog above the C-9 Pouch, and added a radio pouch on the shoulder adjustment strap.

Among one of the major issues with the vest that I noticed was that the left-centre magazine pouch is slightly misaligned in height compared to the three other pouches. Just a cosmetic issue, and looking at some other Parklands vests, about a good 50%-70% have this error.

I wore it on a training exercise the weekend after I got the vest, and I found it to be more comfortable than the 82 webbing I used to wear. However, one issue I've noted is the lack of storage space: I was missing the storage space of the buttpack very much. (Though I wasn't missing having it thrust me forward out of any car seat.)

So the week after, I called up CPGear and asked about getting the hydration harness for the CF Tacvest in Black. Unfortunately, it was out of my budget. So I went to MEC, and got this: http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_d...=1249348787855

Due to the various straps and whatnot, the hydration pack interfaced nearly perfectly with the tacvest's daisy chain system. All I have to do to get it unattached is to unbuckle three straps. So I can carry 2 litres of water and 1 litre in the canteen. If I drain out the hydration pack, it allows me to carry the 82 rucksack with ease, and provides storage equivalent to the old buttpack.

Now, all I have to do is to figure out how to rustproof the ladderlocks. Overall, a good, solid, decent vest.
