I ordered a gun from him in mid-late Marsh... Paid half of it since it was not in country.
Told me 2-3 weeks... I sedn him many PM's and MSN messages... The only awnser I got was about 1-2 weeks ago telling me that if I am not happy I could get my money back... No status on the order what so ever... Well I am very sorry that I have to come up here whit that but hey... 2 months after and nothing... 1: The point is to get the gun not the money back.( I already refuse that option on MSN since there is no point for me to do so now.) 2: If you can't get it just let me know. (I already asked you on MSN and you did not awnser me...) 3: I need an order status. I am willing to wait another 1-3 weeks but if you can't make it till then let me know and I have no choice to ask for a full refund. No hard feelings.

He was told about the delay and offered a full refund many times.

Please await a long post from the OP.
Probably gonna be some bad words in there. I'm trying to give him his money back. He doesn't want it and is getting pretty upset it seems. Bottom line, take the refund or wait. There is a delay with an entire shipment where other ASC members goods are held up as well. You don't see THEM posting. What should I do ASC???????? PM me with suggestions.

Tony says: this is what I'll do....... I'll order it tonight from another place just to get it faster Flan says: Ok man. I never tryed to casuse you problems. I have a tight timeframe that is all and I needed to know quick and clearly. I will post right away. Tony says: sounds good Tony said (9:42 PM): I have to go we'll talk tomorrow? Flan says: sure After that no news at all... This is ridiculus. The DEAL IF OFF! I ask for a full refund. 375$ ( sent as a deposit ) Paypal transaction receipt available on demand.

**UPDATE**
As we agreed today: Since he can't get the item he is suppose to refund me in the next days... Since his Paypal account is block ( due to other issues whit other people ) he will try till Monday. After that who knows... He refuse to take my bank account infos for the DD. Looks like he is short of cash and he asked me for a few days till he get things strait. More to come Monday.

P.S. Anthony Ouelette I am really tired of you calling me an asshole. You better start showing some respect. Remember, you play whit other people money here. You have till next friday to refund me. That is 5 days more then what we agreed. After that I make the calls. If you have problems I understand but they are not mine. I am just a customer.
