I know.... I just get more sensible answers hear.... every time I google a gun, all sorts of different reviews saying all sorts of different crap and each one nothing in common with the last review. I find I usually get more and better information that actually makes sence.

Search the review section. Tokyoseven wrote up a nice big review of it.
And from my own experience owning one, I can say it's a good gun. Just horribly overpowered. Downgrade the spring once you get it to avoid mechbox cracking. Otherwise, it's a good gun. It's one of my favourites.

the second last page of T7's review (link in my first post in this thread) has a little review of the newer gen 2 JG 416s too.

To be fair, Tokyo7 reviewed the old version of the JG 416.
The new ones come with full metal lower and upper reciever, upgraded metal gearbox internals, crane stock and crane stock battery, and oddest of all things for a Chinese gun - factory installed mosfet.

There was an update to the review on the last page or so dealing with the version 2.
NOW, where can I get one?

They come with whatever stock you want. Mine's got a full stock, with the insert for a QD mount at the base of the stock.

Are the one on Uncompany the Version 2 or Version 1 ?
I still can't decide between this and a M4... What kind of mags they use ? M4/M16 Mags or they use their own type of mags ? |

They use STANAG (Regular M4 Mags).

Freaking cool man. I see some local resellers selling plastic JG HK416s.. are these v1s or V2s. I have a CQB already and was going for an M4 as my next gun but i got distracted with the HK416
