JG Sig 552 Seal vs. JG MP5 RAS Navy

Im new to airsoft and this will be my first gun. Found some info on internet, but i still cant decide between this two guns.

Here are some of my thoughts about guns:

-Mp5 is full metal; nice exterior, interior can brake after some time but i can repair/change/modify and after some time it will make great secondary wepon. (will it last a year of weekend gaming?)
-Sig 552 is plastic, but beter interior (gearbox v3). Plastic gives it nice maneverabiliti, but it stil plastic. (im not sure if this is problem at all...)

Im not sure about accuracy. I want to play inside and in woods. Anyone have any idea how accurate is Mp5 (compared to Sig 552, g36c, etc.)

I want to start playing so please help me decide.

pick whichever one you think looks nicer and fits your playing style, we're not gonna hold your hand on this as it's up to personal preference. I believe there are metal kits for the Sig as well.

Like pus said, It's personal preference. Knowing me, I'd definetly go with the SIG as I love them, and everyone who has ever owned one before usually comments on it as being a great little gun. The metal body might be a bitch to find though... as far as I know, only Hurricane makes one.

Or, if you can wait and save up some cash, ICS recently came out with a SIG line that includes the 552.. which probably comes full metal.

I hope you know about the laws regarding importation, and dont have plans to order from those sites you linked us to.

As for the two AEGs? The 552 is a carbine rifle, can be used more for long range shooting, will have better range due to its slightly longer barrel. The MP5 is an SMG and would be more suited for CQB scenarios but either of the two can be used for both.

mp5's usually need accesories for them to look good so if your that kind of person that need to fill all the rails go for the mp5. If you like to keep it simple a redot for example then the sig552 is for you. what do you think would be more comfterble holding an mp5 or a sig? imagine playing a game what gun do you think you would be using if its a sig or an mp5? the gun that you chose is most likley the right choice for you. With the clear body on the sig you can see inside without taking it a part to notice some major damage wich is a positive in my books. Don't change ur mind on the gun you want to buy with anotherone as your mostlikly won't be as happy with ur purchase.

I read that Mp5 is considered 'hot weapon' in CQB. What does that mean? That u are not allowed to use it in CQB or just to be little more careful?

My other concern about Mp5 is accuracy. if you watch rewiev it seems that Mp5 is
A LOT less accurate than sig 552. players who will i play with have JG g36c, CA M16, Styer and I dont want to be the person who gets shot before I can even get to a range close enough to hit the opponent.

any gun can be considered hot for cab if its shooting over the indoor limit, if you want accuracy and range then the sig is the gun out of those two that you should get
