Tm G36C to version K

HI

I have now my TM G36C for past 6 month and im planning to buy a MP5K for back up on CQB game. But after a reflexion i will buy a MP5K for primary weapon for CQB and for back up my G36C. Now the problem it for outside game!!! I want to switch My G36C to G36K i want to know after this modification can i be more effective(long range) outside with this version or just stay with with my G36C and play outside with this version. Wath do you think guy ???? Oh !! I forgot to switch to the K version it simple or very hard job??

thank

Don,t you want your G36 as a primary and your MP5 as a back up ,not the other way around !

Switching to a K is fairly simple, as it just involves replaceing the inner and outer barrels (simple on the G36), foregrip, and stock. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the G36K has a ported cylinder, so that might need to be replaced.

The advantages over the C for outdoor play won't really be that great. You'll have a longer barrel which will improve groupings somewhat, but that's about it. If you were going to an E it would be much more noticable.

"E" is just a designation for the full size version. Technically the civilian one is the G36E and the military one the G36A2, I just slapped it on in this case to differentiate.

I upgraded/customized my TM G36C to a G36KV:
http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/9...kv10241zk4.jpg
It has:
G&P "K" front set
G&P solid/folding butt stock
Star flat top rail
and a lot of internal upgrades

The externals were easy to install.

The difference between the G36C's 247mm barrel and the G36K's 363mm barrel probably won't give you that much of an accuracy increase. I like the way the "KV" looks and don't like handguard batteries (the G&P stock holds up to a 12v large).

Good luck.
