KSC - G18C - Is the rear sight adjustable?

Hi guys Gordo here again. Quick question for you, does anyone know if the STOCK rear sight on the KSC / KWA - G18C is adjustable for windage? (left to right)

This is what the STOCK sight looks like

and this is an exploded view of the gun that shows both the STOCK sight, and an OPTIONAL rear sight that is adjustable for windage and elevation.

It would seem to me that the STOCK sight should at least be adjstable for windage, but I can't figure out how to do it?

So before I go monkeying around and wreck it, I thought that I would ask you Boys about it first.

Also does anyone know where a person could get one of these OPTIONAL fully adjustable rear sights?

Thanks in advance for reading and responding to my post

Gordo

Yes, the rear sight is adjustable, it is slid on, and the only thing keeping it in place is friction. You could tap it lightly to adjust it by hand but here is something for more accurate adjustments.

You could make one from a vice.

seriously, you don't need to adjust those. I always carry my side arm but I rare use it a lots since my AEG already did the job plus side arm means for close quarter combat and use it in case of your primary malfunction in the middle of fire fight but still you will pull back when your primary down.

Thank you Qlong awesome response! I will give it a try tonight.

Hi KND, thanks for the advice, I am sure that I will figure out the limitations of using a pistol in a game this summer.

As far as target shooting in my basement goes though, it would be nice to be able to use the sights to plink a pop can or two.

Thanks dudes

That screw isn't long enough to reach the underside of the rear sight, it may or may not depending on version, this based on my KWA G18C, KSC G18C, and two G23F I own.

... You're completely right... Whoops.

My information was based on the old, old version of the KSC glock... I just looked at a new KSC G26... and they've changed the system (and for the better too!)

I'll edit out my comment.

Limitations on using a pistol at a game? LMFAO!!!!!!! I'd rather go GBB vs. AEG any day within 100ft, all in the way you use it really. AEG only has fps and ammo capacity over GBBs, but in the right hands, a GBB can own AEGs quite easily.
