Is there a way to make a gas gun work fine in the Winter Months?

I've heard from numerous sources telling me that Gas Airsoft Guns wont work well in the winter, and i have tried using my gas gun and there are problems. What I'm trying to find out is if there's anyway of getting your gas gun to work fine in the cold weather. or will i just have to wait for warmer weather to come around?

You need to find a way to keep your mags hot... Like keeping them between you and your amor or something like that..

But in all honesty, you're better off just not using your gas gun outside during winter and low temperatures. Get a cheap springer instead, sure your shots won't be as fast, but you'll still have a secondary

Actually saying "won't work well" is assuming that they will work at all, they won't. Even if you keep the mags warm, you load one, aim and fire, then pull it out to put back......... not worth it at all. Even the outside air temp has a huge factor on gas mags, you'd be lucky to get a few shots per mag off.

CO2 is also very sencitive to cold.

Nitrogen work well in the cold, but you need a regulator, ans we don't have this in airsoft.

My KSC USP (Shooter's design slide) was able to cycle an entire mags worth of BB's with propane in -8 temperatures!

But... Spring guns rule the winter months

Is why I bought a TM MK23 springer, also since I have gear set up for a MK23 GBB for long range and silent pistol shots. But sucks not being able to use my Glock though.

Classic Airsoft probably is the only choice, classic pistol are even more rare, I can hardly find any. There's like what? <100 Classic in country?

Just get a spring shotgun and you're good. If you're used to playing a long AEG in the summer, it'll be a nice switch of playing style for the winter.
