They seem to be in pretty high demand. I have one, and I also picked up an Action Aluminum Piston Head (thanks to eHobby).

Overall they're very similar, with the Nine Ball one having a slightly nicer finish and red tint, but I don't think that actually affects performance. Nine Ball's has six (6) ports in it's face (for o-ring expansion) whereas Action's had eight (8) slightly smaller ones. I haven't done any head to head testing between the two.

Nine Ball's does come with a spare o-ring, as well as an extra spring (dunno what it's for; it's listed as being usable on G26/G26 Advance in addition to HiCapas, 1911s and 226s, whereas Action's isn't... so I guess it's a Glock thing. I wouldn't know, I hate Glocks). Other the than ports and finish/color, they're pretty much identical.

That spring is Hicappa, glock, sig compatible. Its the spring that sits inside the nozzle.

I have plenty in stock...

They're probably sold out everywhere because they're a good product. I recommend them.

That spring is a stiffer floating valve spring. Using it will increase velocity by about 5fps.
