Doesn't exist as an airsoft gun, and you can't import airsoft guns.

The gun itself is not made by any specific airsoft company so it does not really exist in the airsoft world. There is one company in the US I believe that can custom make one, who or what the company is I do not know. Although I do hear that it is very costly to have one made. Also being a states company it would not be possible for you to import such an item.

The company in the states is SGS custom airsoft. But like they said, importing is a no go.

There are a few guys who have built their own, although mostly using classic gas internals. Check out the Red Alliance airsoft forum for all things Russian.

There is a person in Russia who converts deactivated guns to airsoft, PPSh goes for $1400 USD but good luck getting one imported.
I haven't seen pics of converted PPSH but here's an MG-34 AEG. Before: http://imgsrc.ru/totenkopf/4971045.html#pic After: http://equip.airsoftworld.eu/page.php?al=ray_mg34

Ah whoops. Sorry about that. Would've been awesome if it was an AEG though.

There was one produced as a custom unit. There were Less than twenty produced in Japan, each by a company called Tabashi. They were CO2 driven and the mags contained 400 rounds, however these were also from the late 90's as well. Price tag on the units I saw in Akihabara: 300,000 yen. So no, NOT affordable.
