Missing Part
So uh, I lost the little spring that actuates the valve knocker return for the Hi-Capa.....anyone knows where can I find one, have a spare, or what I can use instead of it?
Thanks a bunch.....I don't want to end up with a VERY expensive paperweight.... |

http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...roducts_id=898
or http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...roducts_id=345 The second comes with a stiffer spring and the nineball piston head rocks. Edit just noticed you're in the US, you can probably search for something similar at your local stores. |

nope...not that....one of the many tiny spring in the Hi-Capa, but thats not it. Don't have a manual handy but its in the hammer/sear/magazine valve knocker. The tiny compression spring that sits below the left "prong" that sticks out on the slide rail, which resets the valve knocker to pre-fire position after the slide cycles...

Oh damn I know which spring you're talking about now. Sorry can't help you out on that one but I do know the part number if you need to order it from Japan it's H51-17.

I think disposable lighters have some very small springs in them.

Lighter springs are not the proper spring.
Thanks to customs, I had two of those springs go "missing" and I have two paperweights sitting here. I ordered replacements through DarkAngel - taking forever-and-a-half to get them, but they seem to be on its way. |
