TM M3 super 90 - not working
OK,
I own a marui M3 super 90. I brought it out to a game as my backup gun. I loaded it for it to be ready. When I test fired it. It no longer fires / feed. I tried different types of bb’s to see if it was a BB issue, but same deal. When its dry fired … you can feel the air coming from the barrel’s. So I don’t thinks is a jammed bb or bb’s in their. When I remove the shell BB are sitting in the feed nozzle and I have to re-cock the action to expel the bb’s from the feed nozzle. Any idea’s on what I should to solve this issue? Regards,

You've most likely got a bb jammed in the middle of the three loading nozzles which will prevent the gun from firing while loaded. If you don't see a bb in there at the moment, it's probably popped out, but I bet the damage is already done to the nozzles themselves. If thats true, you will feel air coming out the barrels when you dry fire, but as soon as you start using bb's, it will jam up again.
Assuming I'm right, to fix, you'll have to order a trinozzle (Part number 2 inside of M3-1), and open up the guts to replace it. Not hard, but time consuming. PM me if you got any questions about this. M |

Well, just to make sure you don't have a jam. Pull out your mag and stick the opposite end of your cleaning rod down the barrel. Make sure you TURN OFF YOUR HOP UP before you do this or you will have to take the whole gun apart. If there are bb's in there they should pop right out.
If this is not the case, then I wouldn't keep firing the gun because it could damage the internals. Just a thought =p. |

ok, well last night I examined the inner part of the cartridge assembly.
When I rack the pump I'm able to see a few BB's stuck behind the tri-nozzle assy. I hope there is nothing damaged. As murdoch suggested ... I will need to painstakingly disassemble and investigate it closer. I will keep this tread updated with my progress, but I don't know when I going to have the time to look at it. =( Are there any local Montreal gun tech that are looking for extra projects? Regards, Mud

Maybe try Tirador, he can probably get parts direct from the TM factory in Japan.

Uncompany has the parts your looking for I'm pretty sure. They've got a fair selection for the m3.
