CHINEES UPGRADE - NEED HELP

hi everyone, i m a airsoft player from the israeli team "metal bones", i m here for a few questions.
i have heared about this forum from my friends... many recomended it.

lets get to bussines:
i have a KLS DBOYS ak 47, chinees company.
my gun shoots 105 METERS PER SECOND, it came this way.
in general i can say that the gun is very strong and one of the best chinees guns!!
i want to upgrade it to a 120 meters per second.
i got so far a 9.6v 1400 mah battery, 6.04 tight barrel, 120 meters per second spring.
i need some advice about some general parts i need to replace in my gun to make it stronger and more suitable for the new force.
i dont want to make it a machine gun, just to make it survive under the new spring.
thant you very much

Well for me your gun is shooting 344 and you would like to go to 393 fps, which isnt that bad. And I may be mistaken, but after searching some old reviews, I read that it has a V3 mechbox. Now if you havnt already replaced the bushings and re-shimmed, get a heavier spring, maybe look at a re-inforced mechbox, as they can handle more abuse. Also look at bearing spring guides, bearing piston heads, m110-m130 spring, new set of gears. I guess you could go crazy, but it depends on how much you want to spend.

I just recently completed upgrading my Tokyo Marui AK-47 with the following upgrades: (it also has a V3 mechbox)
-PPA 110 upgrade spring made from high grade piano wire
-Deep Fire shims
-Deep Fire 6mm bushings
-Systema Cylinder head
-Systema Bearing Piston Head
-Modify Air Nozzle with impoved o-ring
-Modify V3 Bearing Spring guide
-MadBull 6.03mm tightbore innerbarrel
-Guarder professional Hop-up rubber and bucking rubber (waiting for this)
-Guarder gear sector clip for better feeding (waiting for this)
-2400 mAh 9.6 v battery

The gun shoots 405 fps so 123 m/s after these upgrades. hope this helps.

Metal bushings and metal spring guide are a good idea (plus your 120m/s spring). Unless yours already came with metal bushings that is, some of the newest Kalash AKs do.

Check the how the airseal is on the nozzle and piston head and all. You MAY need a new nozzle or a better piston head oring.

No need to waste a lot of $$$ just to get up to 120m/s! A re-enforced gearbox is absolutely NOT needed what so ever.

the cylinder head, Bearing Piston Head, V3 Bearing Spring guide are standart for all AEG'S or specific for all ak types?

can you put here some links which you ordered from the bushings and shimms plus the Hop-up rubber and bucking rubber? i want to see how they look like and maybe order from the same store...

thanks again people...

Piston head and V3 spring guide are for all V3's.

The cylinder head will be specific.

Be careful when doing the main break down of the body. I have worked on at least three D-Boys airsoft guns, and they all had sub standard screws....they strip very easily during reassembly. Other than that, they do come with very good internals (steel gears, and so on), but replace that crappy plastic piston.

Best of luck;
