Opinions please
I'm looking at a few used M4s and I'd like everyones opinon on them. I ran a search but didn't really get the answer I'm after. They are all around the same price so thats not much of a factor.
G&P M4 KWA S-System G&P M4 CQBR with systema internals. Opinions are greatly appriciated. Also how would you rate the qualities of the metal bodies? I understand the KWAs are nice and tight but use rear tabs. I haven't heard much about the G&Ps and nothing came up with the search. Thanks, Grant |

G&P M4 CQBR with systema internals.

of all of those, the G&P is your best bet. they have really good metal bodies from what i have been told. As for the two G&P, get which you prefer, though i think you are better off with the systema internals because then you basically got an already upgraded gun that wont fuck up on you.

Do the G&P bodies use tabs on the back or more like the real-steel. I'm tempted by the CQBR but the other G&P comes with 10 mags for less money. Also the KWAs are getting excellent reviews.
Thanks for the input so far, Grant |

My G&P SAM-R doesn't have rear tabs and is very rock solid!

G&P CQB with SystemA internals all the way.

KWA, touched internals are not to be trusted unless done by a well respected gun doc.
"systema internals" might sound good but if its installed by inexperienced player, it won't perform any better than stock china clone, if not worse. |

The builder of the CQB has been vouched for as an excellent smith and the gun in question has been vouched for.

Depends on what they mean by systema internals. If it's a drag and drop box then yes. Either G&P systems are good.
PS M4S systems are heavy as hell. |

G&P for the win! Their receivers are definately nice and they do not use rear tabs. Inside the upper receiver has a groove that that the lower slides into locking them in place with the front receiver pin. It's a nice setup.

It's not firing as fast as I'd want (340~) but it gives me something to start with. Cheers, Grant |

Those internals are pretty freakin good. The G&G mechbox is nothing, it's just a shell, no worry about it.

Where will you be playing? If your planning on heading out to games then just conscience of the fps limits.

Local limit is 415FPS with .20g and I'm pretty sure it's the same in Vancouver. I'm kind of hoping to be really close to that limit with a longer tightbore, then I can always switch back to the short barrel to get under 350 for CQB.
Meh it's not a big deal either way. I'd rather be very consistent, accurate and reliable then fast. I will most likely shoot black BBs just to make it harder on my opponents, I think they add realism as well. I haven't totally ruled out the KWA but the more I hear about G&P bodies the more I like the sound of this gun. It's too bad they don't pivot like the real-steel but I suppose having a more solid body is worth it. That and the crane stock and large battery balances out much nicer. Cheers, Grant |

if its shooting 340FPS with MS110SP+bearing spring guide, then it wasn't installed right, there's an airseal problem somewhere. And even the prometheus hop up rubber are air seal ones that sometimes even increase FPS by 20. so I wouldnt go with the G&P option |
