Ebaybanned not returning emails?

So, I've emailed ebaybanned about 5 times about my order, placed on the 26th of june which still hasn't arrived, and they haven't been returning them. Something going on?

I don't know, they always return my mails in 1 business day...

What mail are your using?
I'm using my hotmail account. They returned the first 2 that I sent, but that was right after I ordered, asking about the tracking number. They haven't been returning since.

I've had very very mixed results when it comes to dealing with EB via email. I tried to get a group order going for their TAD gear replica jackets. Emails were regularly ignored, and when they were returned one person would tell me one thing, then I would get a completely different story from another sales rep.

I have never had a problem with EB when it comes to just doing a straight order, but they seriously need to get their act together when it comes to customer service if they want to play with the big boys in the airsoft retailing scene.

They are usually late in shipping orders.

It's not the Hong Kong Post that is taking a long time to ship orders, but rather they are sometimes very busy that they don't ship your orders right away until you notify them of your concern.

I always have to ask them and then, they give me the tracking number which always shows that they ship my order on the same day they replied my email.

However, I've always received my orders. All you have to do is just asking them politely. Usually, customer representatives are extremely good in dealing with well-mannered and structured inquiries.

First time I messaged asking for a tracking number he said, "Thanks your order ship right away"

That doesn't really solve my tracking issue, so I messaged paul several times, with stupid responses, and now nothing at all. How long does it usually take after it is shipped?

hey,

So i placed an order with them, 7 items all in stock and it took almost one month for me to recieve it....not very impressed , since my orders from ehobbyasia only take a maximum of 10 days to arrive . So because of this i no longer deal with them, their are other businesses out their that have way better cs and would love to earn our business....hope it all works out for you

We do group orders with them all the time and usually the only problems we have is random items that aren't sent. Delivery time, about 2 weeks. Gotta love that free shipping though....
