Hmmmm well, I would say Tanaka would be the best bet to look to for something like that.

The Tanaka m629
http://www.specialairsoftsupplies.co...&productId=460

Which kinda sorta looks like it. Sorta kinda not really the more I look at it the less they look at like

HOWEVER! the Tanaka Smith & Wesson M500 looks alot more like your posted pic.
http://www.justpistols.co.uk/m500.htm

Neither are exact but they are the closest I could find for you.
If the front end on the M500 was different it would be pretty much bang on.

There are no airsoft metal revolvers available, just airsoft revolvers with some metal parts. Some aftermarket metal frames have been made for older models, but they're basically gone.

C.G. has a mother of god giant revolver, not sure of what it's made of but it's heavy from my memory of it.

These were full metal. There are some floating around out there. I saw one in black as well. They are discontinued, but may still be had as used.

Are you sure they're full metal? WGC says they're ABS.

Yep, they were full metal. I had one for a short time to repair, as it wasn't loading gas very well. It sat at the retailer for over a year before someone finally bought it. The finish was OK, but the "paint" would not withstand a ton of wear, and scuffed when handled in a store setting.

Interesting. Time to doubt check reviews on Tanaka's line of revolvers for metal content.

More than not, that thing bears a resemblance to a Taurus Raging Bull, of which Marushin makes an airsoft version (8mm with shells):
