kind of dissapointed with 204 tactical
well i made my order with 204 tactical i ordered a 40mm grenade pouch and my current address did not fit in the feilds for shipping so i emailed them, with my address, i put the address into the message along with my EMT and i also put the address onto the order form, after all that they still sent it to the wrong address. i guess this is kind of a rant but i would expect better service then this, i now have to have the person in ontario send the package to BC. which will cost me even more in shipping. :banghead:

...
Maybe you should have selected the proper item... And put down your proper address... This really isn't 204 tactical's fault at all... |

Are you and I reading the same post? He put the proper address in THREE different places for them to find. I have nothing against 204 Tactical, and we ARE only getting one side of this story, but it seems that maybe they're like Soup-Nazis. If you don't or can't order within their strict set of precise parameters then you might as well not order. This is good information for noobs like me to know if we're considering ordering anything from 204. (As a contrasting story, I accidentally ordered a size small BDU from Ebaybanned instead of size large. I emailed them within a couple hours and the next day, THREE different EBB employees sent me confirmation that they had received my email and would be sending size L instead of S. That's halfway around the world and people who hardly understand english.) |

204Tactical is one guy, with a large family running this business out of his home on the side. And no, We're not reading the same thing, because it's been edited from when I posted. |

I'm curious; to the people berating the OP - if the address didn't in the fields provided for you, what would you have done?

In cases like that, I send an e-mail directly to them before ordering... But it rarely happens. Also.. How does it not fit? I don't quite understand that? I think you may be adding too much information. You really only need an address, city and postal code.. |

what i would do is maybe write a review and post it in the review section to share your experience..instead of posting a useless thread in general.
or better yet, bring up the problem with the vendor...ooooh imagine that?

I know for a fact that it's difficult to reach Ken via e-mail at times since he can be rather busy... maybe he didn't actually see your message till it was too late..
I helped run an online store and the first thing that usually gets looked at are the auto e-mails generated by the shopping cart software, since those are more likely to be sales or actual orders. Did you enter in the 'incorrect' address into the order form? If you did, that's kind of your own fault... You should have contacted him and made proper arrangements / confirm addresses rather than just assume he would get the right info. I fail to see the point of this thread. Are you just letting us you know you fucked up your own order or is there another point to this? |

does that really change the fact that you are getting mad because you put the wrong address into the order and then are unhappy cuz it got shipped to the wrong address? just the way i read it, no offence but it seems to me that 204 is just following what was in the order form... i have delt with 204 befor and like them... good comunication considering he is not doing this as a full time job

my address doesnt fit into the address section AS I SAID BEFORE ,but you have to put something into the address section or else you cannot order.... my point is wtf is the point of having a comments box if you arednt going to read it. i have done the same thing with other companies and had no problem ordering what so ever.
