ICS bolt

I just got the ICS bolt for my JG AK-47, I'm trying to install it but I don't know how. It doesn't slide properly, so if anyone can help, that would be much appreciated

It's not a TM compatible part, you will have to do some filing to the receiver, and shimming to the bolt carrier guide.

ICS calls the nozzle a "bolt". Perhaps if the OP would expand his description of the "bolt", we might have a better idea what he's actually talking about. I'm leaning towards charging handle/faux bolt, but I could be wrong.

Start with the obvious - the nubs on the body that stick out to help hold the battery tray - remove em. Don't bother with the very last ones, the bolt stops right before them.

Pics of what? ICS bolt on my AKs? It's been shown on both my 103 and AKM in my picture threads.

It's the cocking bolt, like where the shells eject on the real firearm model

The TM/JG series has this dinky little thing that sounds pathetic when pulled. Its basically where the hopup hides behind, I got the ICS one, which supposedly sounds good when pulled, so yeah...

I'm finalizing things on 3 of my AKs, there will be a large picture thread of all 5 of em, I'll make sure it includes a top view of one of the ICS bolted ones.

Cheers,
Alex
