J Allen Enterpirses JAE-100
Hey everyone.
I was just surfing around the net, and saw the J Allen Enterprises JAE-100 M-14 stock, and was wondering if there are any airsoft companys making a knock off of it, and how much it is. I think thats a beatiful rifle and would definitly consider getting one in the future. Any help would be great. Heres a pic of it, go to google and search JAE-100 to find more: Justin

Hey
Exactly too all of those haha, I would totaly sell my gun right now to get that if there wasnt a huge price tag included with it and if there actually IS a airsoft version, does anyone think you could convert a real steal to airsoft in that kinda scale? Its $699 for it, so thats a huuuuuge foot up the ass if you f it up. Justin

Odds are there probly is not an airsoft version of it. That is not to say someone with deep pockets could buy the stock and mod it to fit the Parts for the M14. Expensive yes. But you do what you do when you want something!

hey man. i am in your boat, but a bit a head of you. currently, as to my knowledge, there are no makers of the JAE stock. i have searched high and low for it since discovered that stock about a month or so ago. that being said, i THINK they WILL make one at some point. considering they have the DMR stock and EBR stock. my guess, it will cost anwhere from 200-400. It all depends. i think this stock will cost quite a bit for 2 reasons:
1) ascetically pleasing 2) trademarks. this stock design is patented, so if a company such as G&P wants to make it, they might have to get a special permit. again though. its china, so they might just bypass that stuff. long story short, i think they will make they, and i will be all over that like a fat kid on cake. just be patient. If you are really desparate, buy the real steel version (retails for about 950 plus tax and shipping in canada) and then modify it to fit the airsoft stuff. my advice, wait and save, cause if it does come out, it will cost quite a bit. |

Word has it, you cannot modify the JAE stock to fit an airsoft version because there isnt enough room to put a motor.

Isn't modification/fabrication all about making the room you need to fit what you want? You can pick up one of these beauties right here in Canada. In stock too.

I was speaking with Alan, President of King Arms, about 2 months ago and mentioned the idea of the JAE stock kit briefly. So we'll see what happens.
