FEEDBACK...08' PTW mags = LOOSE...

I have two new 08' M4-A1 PTW's and both mags out of the box are loose & sloppy in the magwell. Both mags function & operate normally, so the only issue I have with them is their loose fit.
I received my new 6-pack of mags the other day from Beowulfe and I have to say that there is a difference in the way that these new mags fit ! They are NOT loose and are a lot more secure when inserted into magwell...almost no movement what-so-ever! When I press the mag release you almost have to give the mag a tug to get it to fall out.
I have also noticed a different paint finish on these new mags. This coating seems to be applied thicker, exhibits a coarser finish and it doesn't scuff easily! Could this be the difference??????

Anyone else out there experiencing this since purchasing a new 08' PTW?
Anyone looking for a couple of PTW mags...I might know of a couple for sale !!!!
Just looking for some feedback!

My 08 mag is loose like Ms.Rottencrotch after a 90-man marathon bang. It really annoys the fuck out of me. It shakes very violently when I'm drilling.. >_O;

But I do enjoy the freefalling mag.. I don't really like having to pull them out. Kinda kills my flow lol ..

Ah, just to update... my mag went from "loose like Ms.Rottencrotch after a 90-man marathon bang" , to maraca.

I definitely hope systema looks into this. I don't really mind putting tape on my mags, but... I shouldn't have to.

And to think, newer is not necessarily better.

I wonder if they have changed manufacturers for their mag shells. They use real mag shells, and make the necessary changes to accomodate the internals. I have mags from RRA, Bushmaster, and 2 different unknown brands for my AR, and they all fit different. One of them fits so poorly, I can't use it (it doesn't feed well, and I can't change the follower either).

Think they cheaped out this time?

Apparently the '08 mags have a different finish too.. So maybe they did switch shell mfg.s .. Hmmm.

Just wanted to let ya know.. there's DEFINITELY something weird going on with the 08 mags. The finish is almost completely different, and so is the weight.

I just got some 07 mags, and I can safely say, they are infinitely better. Fit,finish, weight (not too noticeable, though), and probably feeding.

><!!

If you can get them for $265, go for it. But I bet you'll pay more, if you can find them in stock anywhere.

From his thread. Systema has been in very short supply of these lately. Many American authorized dealers have been restricted to a couple boxes per order.
