See. Now this is the media attention we need in Canada. By the sounds of the video It looks like these guys are having to put up with the same crap we are here.

Um, that's New Zealand. Airsoft is completely illegal in Australia.
Edit: To be accurate, that should read, "Airsofting is completely illegal in Australia."

If you have a licence you can own airsoft there. restricted and yes alot harder then here but it isn't completely illegal.

ok let me rephrase. it sounds like NEW ZEALAND is having the same problem we are with getting airsoft guns in Canada.

This was posted a long long time ago.
NZ has restrictions on what they can import (namely no full auto) but airsoft is otherwise considered Airguns there, and anyone 18+ (or 16+ with a license) can buy/import them. It's very much not the same as in Canada.

Sorry then, I'll change that.
Airsofting the activity is illegal in Australia. Transfering and owning airsoft guns is not.
