The TM shotties has their own spring by PDI, but I've only seen the ones for SPAS. The length of the spring is different between the SPAS and M3, according to an earlier thread on ASC (or Arnies, can't remember which).

On the TM M3 shotguns I've worked on have had 2 springs. 1 inside the other. If you remove the inner spring the pump is easier to cock but you lose a little power and distance. The outside diameter of the outer spring is smaller then one used on an AEG. It's closer in size to a VSR or APS spring

Yea this been discussed to death many times... Not worth the hassle and money to even try and upgrade one... Hence why it hasn't been successfully done yet.

DO NOT UPGRADE A TM SHOTTY!!!!!!!!!!!

It takes 6 springs (a small one inside the other)and if you up them you break the trinozel fast. It try's to load 4 bbs and the 4th goes into the center the the trinozel and breaks it.

If you rack it fast it might work, but it 4 go the it WILL BREAK.

I have a super90 on the desk with that problem.

If you want a strong shotgun them guy and 870 charger, mine shoots 375 like lazer beams, you just loss the 3shot.

I really hate to disagree with you but.... 6 springs? It is easy to make that assumption based on the tri nozzle / 3 Barrel design but it is only the 2 springs. 1 inside the other. If you want I can show you on yours. Heck I'll even fix yours for a case of Beer
