Zombie Killer and first paint job

Hey guys,

I just finished building this, and would like to know what you all think. This was my first attempt at a paint job, and I tried to match the parts I purchased from JarHead, which were already painted (ras and pistol grip.)

The gearbox is stock, as it's my CQB gun, but here's what's on the outside:

G&P Zombie Killer body
G&P enhanced A1 Handgrip
G&P Crane stock
King arms CQB-R front end
Hurricane 553
G&P (I think, can't remember) "Meat Masher" flash hider

Right side:

Left side:

Trades:

Paint wear:

Let me know what you guys think!

Steff

PS: sorry bout the rought photoshop white bg, I really didn't spend much time on that.

I like it.

Also what does the poem on the side of it say? I've always wondered.

It's a scripture verse :

"Then he called hi twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases." Luke 9:1

Just enough paint and wear. I like it. The replica Eoteck looks good also. Is that the 551Replica?

You should mask off your trades with non-linear cut masking tape and spray the bottom (Non linear as in not straight cut edges with an exacto knife, rip the tape with your fingers to give it the worn, natural look)

Maybe everything in desert colors comes from bhd?

Nice gun, but I don't understand this recent desert camo trend.

Unless everyone here plays solely in a sand pit somewhere, this is Canada. We don't have deserts in Canada. The vast majority of "fields" here are green, with white in the winter.

What ever happened with cool green-ish paintjobs?

I'm not to worried about the camo, as this is my CQB gun. Anything goes in there as it's so dark. It definately wouldn't be great for outdoor in the spring or summer, but it'd be pretty good for a Calgary fall/winter.
