PTW Handguard

Since i can't post in my old thread (don't know why heh...)

Here goes:

This is the front handguard i have chosen for my PTW M4A1 MAX:

http://www.talonarms.com/talonarms/i...67e3ef3b7dfab7

Since the M4A1 comes with a delta ring i'll need something else to attach the hanguard, correct?

If yes then what and where can i find it?

Lastly, any chance i can find the same handguard for less?^^ (same look but trades are not that important to me).

Thanks

Edit: This WILL fit a Systema PTW M4A1 MAX with no modifications correct?

Have you checked on ebay? You could probably find the same item for 1/4 of the price and there is no problem shipping them into Canada as I ordered a free float RIS for mine and the total cost including shipping was only $60 Cnd.

Not for a real Daniel Defense rail!! You will pay $250 U.S. or more instead of $400 retail, if your lucky.

Case in point:

http://cgi.ebay.com/DANIEL-DEFENSE-Q...QQcmdZViewItem

Ronan, that rail will fit a PTW. But the King Arms MRE looks similar, but is obviously a clone and can be had for $100 or so. But if you want real, you're going to pay for it.

This will fit PTW and it looks like it comes with its own delta ring but, I think you maybe able to use the PTW one as well. This being a US site I don't think they will ship it do you in Canada.

I'll have it imported then.

By who? The problem is not you specifically being able to get it, but the fact that it leaves the U.S. at all. Get it in New york when you go down there. They would sell it another person in the U.S., it's just the foreign customers (individual or business) that would be the issue I think.

That's a clone. He's looking for the real thing.

I think as stated above it did not matter what trade it was or perhaps if it even is a clone. I may be incorrect in this assumption though.

Thats a different front handguard. It's nice but it doesn't give me that feeling

The Daniel Defence once is different, but pretty expensive since it looks only them makes it

Daniel Defense

MRE:

I agree its not a BIG difference but the look is much more impressive on the Daniel Defense one (to my taste).

I agree that it is up to the individuals taste. Don't settle for anything other than what you like. You may have to pay the price but in the long run you probably would not regret the decision to pay that much.

Wait for the OMEGA rail. Ryan (WS) says they're gonna be released in spring. Worth the wait , IMHO.
