How to make an ugly orange tip beautiful?

I know the orange tips are a must, but I've got a totally ugly looking one, wondering if anybody has an idea what I could do with it?

Orange tip is a must in the US, not Canada.

Better yet, buy guns that don't come with orange tips and trademarks gouged off with a chisel.

I find it so odd that America has tougher Airsoft-control than gun-control...

I thought about buying a gun with no orange tip and the nice purdy markings, but my wallet said no

Yeah only in US you need an orange tip and thats ONLY when you ship/transport it. On 'my' old TM M16 i had a orange and a black flash hider. When i went to a game i would put the orange one even tho the gun was in its carrying case. For the game i would use the black one.

you dont need the orange tip in Canada. Get some Krylon flat black paint from Canadain Tire and hit it with about 7 or 8 thin coats from various angles. Dont go too fast and just do a bit at the time and you will not be able to tell it's not metal when you are done. Just finished doing it my self. (until my metal one comes in)

I'd like to paint it, but if I'm transporting it some where, I don't want to run the risk of something bad going on.. or is there a chance of that? .. It's an M4 and to me if I cover up the orange tip, it looks real as is, except the mag, but still.

Your location is London ON. You should have no problem with black tip while playing in Canada. Personally I would strip the paint off then paint it. I guess you could use black hockey tape to cover it in the meantime.

I'm not worried about playing.. I'm worried about getting my gun to one location to the next without the orange tip

You dont seem to understand. THe orange tip is only a law in the USA! You do not need a orange tip in Canada. You should not worry about transporting your gun because it is spose to be locked up in a gun case. If its properly locked up in a case who the hell is going to see the orange tip? If no one see's the tip, why does it need to be orange?
