Problem is, this is airsoft CANADA, and since we have heavy import restrictions on all airsoft guns, we do not concern ourselves with american pricing. You should try to find a more local site for pricing info, albeit 100$ sounds about right. Don't forget to factor in shipping when comparing prices.

If this Cyma is part of the new batch I keep hearing about, it's not a total piece of shit, however it cannot compare to higher end guns. Yeah, it'll shoot, but not as well or with as much class as a TM or a CA.
Then again, since we have the aformentionned import restrictions, Canadians usually play with only the higher end stuff, though I know a few JG and Cyma guns are in the country. Again, a more local website might be able to better elaborate on the differences.

My advice to you would be to save your pennies for a higher end gun, then you won't have to upgrade a whole lot of stuff out of the box to have acceptable performance. It's especially worth it to you since the relative price of AEGs (lower than in Canada) v. the relative buying power of an american (equalish to Canadians) makes the price difference all the more small.
