What gun is this?

This gun is from the anime called "hellsing"

To me, it kinda looks like the base of a 1911, with an elongated slide.
Any ideas?

It's obvious completely fictional. Aside from mechanical issues, there aren't any real vampires to wield a monster like that.

Not that those things have stopped airsofters:

Definitely Browning based. Slide-lock pin is in the same spot, and so is the mag catch. The grip kinda looks like an HP's grip..

I love Hellsing, but damn, are those guns unrealistic, or what?!

EDIT: YAY! 1000th post! I'm a loser!!

There was a japanese company that actually sold a conversion kit for the Jackal, and it was based off of a beretta. The only problem is that it cannot be shipped overseas and this particular kit was sold out and out of production. heres the link for kicks:

Lol, im not a huge hellsing fan, but my ladyfriend is.
I figured i could just machine a large slide for it, and use the same blowback mechanisms from the stock gun.

And yes i know of posiden XD
I also know they are a pain to get in canada lol.

So, Kos, thats a browning HP?
Now im like eeermmm... where am i gonna get a browning airsoft gun XD
I dont know any manufactures that make it

Edit: Seems Tanaka is the only one who makes em.

Ive never had any experience with Tanaka Guns, anyone care to share their opinions? XD

Actually, Posiden has a FAR better recreation of the Hellsing Gun.
The one you have is very diff from the pic

There aren't that many airsoft Brownings available, so don't bother. Best thing to do would be to pick a gun based on gas capacity, possibly something that comes with a CO2 mag. I'd use ABS for the slide.

Tanaka makes 5 diff brownings.
What would be the problem with using Standard GBB? I was thinking of the tanaka one, maybe using a high power valve, since it would be very difficult to pull that slide.

Gah! I was sooo close to it! It's actually a SW Performance Center M945. Same Browning breech lock, and grip safety design. Meh..

KSC makes them :http://www.ksc-guns.co.jp/p_manager/pic/A950951y.jpg

And most of those versions are hard to find, in addition to Tanakas being expensive. Plus using a Tanaka for this is like buying a Ferrari only for throwing a garage kit exterior on top. And you're dealing with Tanaka internals, with replacement part and knowledge base not nearly as common place as TM.

Now comes the heart to heart talk with her saying "ARE YOU REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY Sure this is the gun you want?" XD

WGC sells quite a few of the KSC M945 as well as the upgraded valves to push that monster of a slide im gonna somehow have to miraculously pull out of my ass XD

Buying your lady friend a big gun isn't smart... before you know, she will replace you with it :P
