Echo 1
Is it possible to get an Echo 1 M16 in Canada? I've read allot of good reviews about it, and I'm considering purchasing one, but I haven't found any sites that sell them to Canada.

Talk to *******... get Age verified and he can get them for you. In fact, he has a few for sale in the Classifieds section.

I can't be age verified (I'm only 16), I use my parents to get me Airsoft, Pellet Rifle etc... Is there any way I could buy off of him other than through the classifieds?

I don't "own" it, technically it would be my parents because they pay for it, but with my money, so the contract is in their name, therefore it should be legal.

This is you playing with fire, and contributing to the hardships we ADULTS currently face in this sport. Don't expect to get hugs, bubblegum and lollipops for stating: 1) you are looking for a way to break the law. 2) you are trying to circumvent the rules put in place to protect both you AND this sport on ASC (Age Verification and access to classifieds). 3) trying to what a hundred other kids tried to do, and look for loopholes and expect this community to help you out. There are none. Deal with it. A mature person under 18 would understand that by purchasing and/or owning an airsoft piece, they are hurting this sport. Instead, mature under-agers happily lurk the boards, learning as much as possible and patiently wait until they are of legal age. There are a bunch here, although they are usually the exception to the rule. Since you fail to fall in this category, well..... if it looks, talks and walks like a duck....

So they get the Chinese guns, rebrand them in the US, and call them American built? Typical Americans

Yep you got it!
Just thought it was important to know as most believe all Echo1 are rebranded JG's. Could be anything.

Are you a complete dumbass? Seriously. This kid is a fucking minor! Therefore, he's not allowed to own any ASGs.
And for the record, Trevor is a great guy, and ASKS for proof of age. Don't refer minors to him, you're just wasting his time. Last edited by ILLusion; July 12th, 2007 at 01:18.. |

As far as asking Trevor, Schwag or anyone affiliated with L.O.W. currently selling Echo or JG they will not provide services to anyone who is not age verified. For all local pickups or deals outside of the community ID is required and no sales will be made to anyone under 21. We also reserve the right to deny sales to anyone we feel may not use the article for it's intended purpose or without the attention to safety currently practiced by the community.
I myself have been denied and although bitter can understand. Drink Beer |

Can I ask one question?
Why can I bring my parents to Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, or any other store, and buy an airsoft gun, or even a pellet gun that can actually do some serious damage, and be respected by those who I am dealing with, yet when I simply ask if it is possible to get a certain kind, and even follow your advice on how to get one, you guys blow up in my face about how I am somehow being an anchor on your hot air balloon? Some "community" this is. BTW for future referance a "Contract" is law yargon for the act of buying, selling, or trading anything. It is an agreement between two parties to the transaction of benefits (things). Though I may be close to the thin ice, I don't see how this is such a problem as I (technically my parents through the contract with Canadian Tire) already own 3 airsoft guns and 1 pellet rifle. |
