If you look in the ontario games section you'll see there's an airsoft only indoor site in toronto already, and there's an indoor airsoft facility in manatoba... so if they're making a viable go at it....

Not again!!

Do a little search, you will come to the conclusion that everyone will come once you have built it. It will be fun and everyone will be happy. The only thing is, it won't happen since it's costly and you will go broke.

Some people managed it and it look profitable enough because they are still open. But they are the few over the many... many.

Let the man open his field, you really don't always have to be so negitive.

I think it's good to see people trying new things and actually applying themselves.

Good luck and I hope you suceede.

thanks for the support...the how many times a year would people visit it? say twice? i am looking at realisitic numbers... it could host team nights etc for trainging etc... it would not handle the training..it is only a venue.

so if you think you would go ... please tell me how many times you would go..it is a hypothetical location...say about 1.5 to 2 hrs from your home...there would be other things for people to do as well as this in the surrounding area...etc. not all outdoor related.

If you could give us a better idea as to where it was located, you could get more than a theoretical idea for how people would use the space.

If it's 1.5-2hrs, I'd go maybe once every 2 months from May - Oct (probably less since it'll probably conflict with the outdoor games).... winter months are too nasty for such long drives.

If it's 0.5hrs away, I'd probably go twice a month all year around if they don't charge too much.

If it's 1.5-2hrs away, I wouldn't pay more than $15/person, if it's closer, I'd probably pay more.

The other way I would pay more is if the indoor field is REALLY nice. (Nice as in the owner took the time to make the place feel right for CQB.

I live in Kitchener, so 1 - 2 hours is Toronto, but, IF the feild was good enough, AND you cleaned the used bbs off the floor at least once every 3 months (I play indoor paintball, some places like THE PAINTBALL ARENA in downtown kitchener NEVER clean their stuff...needless to say if you try to run, you fall), then ya, im in. Just dont shaft us on feild bbs...please? and 20 bucks per persion for the day sounds cool.

Generally if you went with a system somewhat like TTAC3, as far as field cleanup goes, and just have those who can stay and volunteer to help, stay and clean up, then sit around for a beer after or whatever, that'd be cool. It keeps the BBs to a minimum (they pile up quick in a game) and allows for some post-game bonding and chill-outage...

Well weekend games in Orillia are fine for me, I try to attend at least a game every week in all seasons. However I am a oddball. When the Splatters games were running last year their was a regular core group that always showed up. I love to look at your business and marketing plan when you get them done. I'll only give my 2 cents if you ask for it.
