Do You Think Spetsnaz is Ugly?

I have a problem and i dont kno what to do. I want an AK-47 and a AK Spetsnaz and I dont kno which to choose ( I can only afford 1). My question is, do you think the AK Beita Spetnaz is a ugly gun?
If so, tell me why you think so.

Do you still find it ugly after these upgrades?

I think the stock is ugly... and the rail on the front. Short mag is also ugly.

Other than that, I really like it. I like the short AKs.

Really though, it is your opinion.

It's not a bad looking gun.
I'd only call it Ugly because it's the bastard child of the AK family as it's not based on anything real.

Its a real gun. Its based on a real Ak Spetnaz used by the Russian spec Ops

Being named after Russian special forces doesn't mean it was used by the Russian special forces. From what I've gathered, the AK Spetznaz doesn't not exist as real steel. There are AK-74 versions that come close, but not AK-47s.

Unless you plan on playing mostly CQB, I'd go with the regular AK-47.

First , the AK Beta Spetsnaz isn't based on any real steel.

Second , I personally think the mag is ugly but that's easily fixed.

Third , hey man , you choose an AEG for how cool it looks to you , it's all your choice , don't care about what the other say about its looks.

It is so ugly it is cute. Which is why I bought one.

And I am pretty sure it is a fantasy variant of the AK.

I'd take a AKS-74u over a beita, but I still like them. And for the record, there is no real steel gun called a "spetsnaz". Spetsnaz is a russian special forces unit, not a gun. The beita was actually created in conjunction with Metal Gear Solid 2, which always puzzled me though because the AK's in the game look nothing like the beita.

not really the beta its more of a cross between a AKS-74U and a full stock AKM
its nothing like the 102.

yeah your right i just beat MGS2 like an hour ago (for like the 8th time) adn they use even when u get it a AKS-74.

i think its not ugly but just odd to look at considering its doesn't have a real steel counter part (like the G3 SAS) buts its one of those guns that was made cause it has the small body but able to take a large battery. plus i dont think TM didn't want to make a AKS-74 for god knows why. but making the beta a AKS is easy just go out and buy a AK side folding stock and pretty much your done.

Think about it. Internally they are identical. Same mechbox, the front ends can be swapped between the two, the Spetz takes longer AK magazines perfectly.

It's all about looks. Both guns work extremely well. If you think it's ugly, pick the other. We cant decide esthetics for you.

I don't think he was asking us to choose, so much as he was asking people's opinion on the asthetics of the gun. I personally think it looks a little odd as is. Perhaps use full mags and eventually get yourself a PBS (someone correct me on that if I'm wrong) suppressor and that should balance out the look.

You think its ugly in pictures but it looks awsome when you see it in real life and you're holding...it feels really simplistic and a gets the job done kinda gun
