SR25 Brands
Hi guys,
So i been in the market for a long range gun lately mostly SR25. I had my eyes on the G&G sr25 but the problem is the standard V2 GB. People on forums suggest the A&K or the CYMA because of the GB and internals. Was hoping to get the "cyma cm.098a e-edition" but doesn't seem like it in Canada. Now im not too familiar with either the two brands here because i always been rocking TM and nothing else. Was wondering how the other brands would hold up. Looking for reliability and accuracy, eventually will upgrade it in the near future. Thanks |

G&g is the best bang for your buck if you don't intend on upgrading it at all. Cyma is a rebrand of TM spec or reasonably close at least. A&k I am only familiar with as I have a 249 from them that is Daytona. Just basing off my 249, externals are decent enough, not sure about durability of stock internals though. If you plan to upgrade, any of them will do the job just fine, but if you are looking for budget friendly, go with either a&k or cyma.

The new CYMA Platinum SR25s are quite good. Quick spring change, integrated electronic trigger. Still cheaper than the G&Gs.
The new Gen2 G&Gs are very nice as well, but will cost about $150 more than the CYMA Platinum. |
