metal slide for TM D Eagle
is it really necessary to take propane ? I've heard that it could take Green Gas out of the box and the stock slide won't ever break....Is that really possible ?

The Tm Deagle has plenty of metal parts in it. Its supposedly very hardy. ive also used TOP gas for it so far, works fine. Only problem is the safety lever actually started to unscrew itself and get loose due to the force of the gas. Also read at other threads that nobody has heard of a TM DE being damaged due to usage of TOP gas

the link doesn'T seem to work but anyways , I trust both of you. Since the D Eagle is often named as the best-built GBB , I thinki im gonna use propane for the best performances out there
thanks y'all |

that was useful , when i search things , I pretty much always forgot to use the search button on ASC , i tend to use google , arnies and retailers...
anyways , thanks everybody , this made myself an opinion which is : propane wont probably break my DE stock slide , and if it does , let'S go and upgrade it to a metal slide thanks y'all |

As far as propane in the TM Desert eagel version two (hardkick) We had one (chrome) and another customer had one chrome.
They both broke in the same place, at the front of the slide the plastic just broke apart and the thin metal frame (underneath the plastic slide in the same place) one side of it cracked and the other side bent all to hell. Ours was one of our rental guns, so it saw a lot of shooting but now it just sits there in our display room cause it obviously won't shoot anymore. It will work for a while, but with propane they will break, I would personally recommend duster to keep it going longer, but if you want a metal slide anyway then giv'er. Just my two cents. Rico

ahhh damn it I guess everything here is gambling. Some dont break , some do....Sad thing this is .
I think ill go with green gas , and if it broke , metal slide will be the solution |

Is there a chrome metal slide for the chrome DE? I think it only comes in black.
