G19 mystery part. HELP
Hello.
I am trying to help out a friend who has a KSC G19 gbb pistol. He broke a part of the internals. A little lip broke right off of where the screw driver is pointing, at the tip. What part is this? Can it be replace and if so, where? Thanks a lot, im trying to get my friend to play more airsoft  [img]

Looks like you broke off the ejector on the blowback nozzle. It pushes bbs out of the mag and up the loading ramp. You'll have to replace the entire nozzle. Check out wgcshop.com or uncompany.com for parts. Reference the part numbers from the gun diagrams listings in the doc's section here.

WGC and UN both don't have diagrams for the KSC G19.
My friend also does not have the manual for the pistol...

That is the "BB advance ramp" picks up the bb from the top of the magazine, guides it up the feed ramp and into the chamber.
with this part broken, bbs will not be loaded from the magazine to the chamber. I expect you will need to replace the entire expansion chamber, nozzle assembly as they are molded in one piece.. I think duplicate... Carl.. too .. fast..

Contact either Tru or ILLusion. I got my replacement part from ILLusion from one of his WGC group orders. It's the same interchangeable part for the G17, G18C, G23C, G19, etc. as far as I know.

I remember reading somewhere that someone else who had the same part broke used a small screw of some sort to replace the broken piece. It would simply have to extend out far enough to line up with the hole where the gas exits.
I haven't tried this myself, I think I read it somewhere, but it's worth a try if you've already accepted that the part is beyond any other means of repair. |

that sounds a little "ify" to me. might even damage the internals with a screw
