It depends on what mount your goggle uses, or what mount you can fit to your goggle, there are 3 different mounts currently used the traditional "rhino mount" which is more then likley what you have, the wilcox dovetail (the current state of the art) and the anvis mount (for special snowflakes with anvis).
all you will need is to screw the male portion of the rhino mount to your goggle, as from a quick google search this appears to be a dual tube set, if it is a monocular you will need a j-arm which can be had for about 90$ and come with either a wilcox dove or a rhino mount.
in short yes, monoculars you will just need a j-arm and goggles will just need the goggle mount of either the rhino or dove
