Removing Flash Hider on VF7 MP7
Hey guys, anyone have experience removing the flash hider from the VFC MP7? I believe it's glued on but i'm not sure and don't want to break any plastic trying.
Thanks, Oates |

Follow up for anyone in the same situation. Don't bother. I found a comment on a youtube channel saying to put the flash hider in hot water, which would melt the glue and allow the flash hider to unscrew. Doesn't work. I broke the plastic threads right off of the body. It seems if you get this GBB, you're stuck with the original flash hider, and will just have to paint it and not bother trying to put a different flash hider that accepts the QD silencer.
Chime in if you've had a different experience . |

A little more info, if you do break the threads like I did, you can order the whole inner receiver from VFC, and it's only $15 shipped from Taiwan. Just got my replacement today. There is a video on YouTube that shows you how to replace the receiver.
