Value of TM g18c package of unknown condition.

Hello all,

I'm looking for some advice. My friend is giving me his TM G18c to sell.

It was purchased probably 3-4 years ago. It has a smoked lower with one reg mag and 2 extended mags. One mag is missing the baseplate and has a dent on the bottom corner. Overall external condition is ok but not great. Also needs a major cleaning.

Now the tricky part, it's been sitting in a drawer for a couple years. None of the mags hold gas. I don't have the time or energy to fix them.

I'm unsure of the internal condition of the gun. We both believe it was having some sort of issues, but can't remember exactly. Light striking or something like that.

Anyway, what would be the value of this? Would anyone be interested in an "as is" package like this ?

Cansoft, sounds more of a parts gun, 100-140 at best. Sitting 3-4 years, assuming all the o-ring and seals are gone inside the mags.

Would it be worth my time to get the mags up and running? those extended mags are worth a decent amount aren't they?

Purchased 3 to 4 years ago, only sitting for 1 to 2 years. Still, likely all O-rings are toast

It would be. You can sell them for $40 - 50 a pop, they are $60 new.

Thanks.

So fix the mags and sell the extended for 50 each. Then sell the gun and regular mag for 100?

I guess I'll get to work.

Yep, just browse the gas forum and parts forum, do a search, see what market price is at the moment.

If you can fix the G18 and get it up and running, better luck with that.
