NOOB upgrading WE Dragunov

I am sorry if someone has already posted inquiring about upgrades for this gun

I have recently acquired a WE Dragunov GBB I have yet to be able to use the gun because it hasn't dropped lower than -2°c so I'm not about to jump and get upgrades on a gun I haven't gamed yet. But... I have heard a lot about GBB Dragunovs shooting 500+ FPS so I am assuming that mine will be doing the same thing. To fix that issue I was thinking of Getting a RA-Tech N.P.A.S. so I can fine tune the fps but I have seen a youtube video or two about how the N.P.A.S. could vary from as high as 527 to as low as 244 on the same meg without adjusting the NPAS so I would like a few more opinions on how to lower the fps and gain more consistent fps if possible. I am also thinking of getting a suppressor but don't know what to get.

2 things:

- Try duster and measure the FPS
- Perhaps a shorter inner barrel?

Duster gas is just a lower pressure gas you can use for airsoft. My advice is avoid upgrades unless you know you won't "feel lazy" midway when the money and time is spent and nothing is working yet.
Also, if you want a dmr gbb stay away from variable valves. You can adjust the valve timing very accurately(and therefore the fps) by using shims. You have to google this up as I don't remember where I saw a guy doing this.

Duster gas is the kind of cans you'll find everywhere, like Dollarama. Used for blowing dust off of things, like computers, etc.
And, yah, the "too lazy to search" approach will not place you in good stead here. Don't do it.

NPAS when installed properly is as consistent as the stock valve.

You want to invest in a steel hammer at the very least, most likely a complete trigger box and steel bolt if you plan on the long run.

Installing a shorter inner barrel will also help drop the FPS without being at the far end of the adjustment on the valve. There are no other side effect if you buy a good quality barrel. The BB won't hit the inside of your gun if you don't apply way too much hop-up on it.

I'm still hesitant about installing a shorter inner barrel to a good gun

My fps isn't an issue. Thankfully. No NPAS needed. Dose anyone have experience with upgrading WE GBB Dragunovs?

So I come to find out that the ref an local field did there conversion wrong but my Ace VD shoots 510 fps so I haven't used it for the past 5 to 6 months. Good news is that I have found a Low flow system that will bring my fps down 10, 15, or 20% my issue now is that I can't find a bolt dissassembly to show me how to open the bolt properly so I can install the pics. If anyone knows of a video that I can't seem to find or can give me instructions with visual aid it would be very much appreciated.
