Mach1 airsoft

I recently made a purchased for a VFC SR16 from Mach1airsoft and wanted to share my experience.

The processing time was quick and shipping took 3 days to get from Montreal to Calgary. The package arrived neatly packed and the box and gun were in great condition.

However, the product that was shipped to me was not what I ordered. I contact Mach1 and received a reply within a few hours. They took responsibility for the missed shipment and provided me with a resolution that will work out in my favor.

The communication and customer service I received was impeccable and is second to none. Rich replied promptly to all of my emails and even gave me a call over the phone to ensure that my issue will be looked at and resolved. I would gladly and will purchase from Mach1 again.
