Smile New Receiver Help!

I'm looking for a nice receiver, preferably VLTOR styled like this one here http://www.evike.com/products/39776. Since I'm in Canada there's a high probability that it will be seized at the border. Is there a place that sells just the upper or are there identical ones in Canada?

Note* I've searched numerous Canadian airsoft stores and have found some, but most are way out of my price range.

Now, I've always been shit with the laws regarding receivers. But the uppers by themselves are okay to import, correct?

I'm pretty sure that uppers are legal to import because they don't contain the serial number as the lower has

Worth the moola though. The MAGpul x Vltor receivers are incredibly well manufactured and milled.

It is a luxury though. It doesn't do anything a normal reciever doesn't do. Infact it does less if the gun your putting it on had a moving bolt.

I dunno, I tried that line with serial numbers not being on my part and they still said it was forbidden.

I used another argument.

its cause it contains the firing mech. On most guns its the lower. Mac11's are tue uppers, some other guns too, i wanna say mp5s but im mot 100%. Nothing to do with the serial number tho.
for the op. If u look at the price out of canada, count shipping, duties and fonversion most of tue canadian sites are on par price wise
