Real Steel Rear Receivers on AEG

I know the real steel rear receivers look a lot different then the AEG versions, but wondering if they would still work? I suspect no, but thought I would ask.

For reference;

AEG Version

Real Steel Version;

In my experience I have found the Airsoft clones of QD swivels have very poor holding capacity, and I would prefer to use a real steel version (like shown above)

I don't know about every single version of m4s but from my experience the real steel swivel you posted will most likely not work with your aeg. However they do work on most gbbr m4s.

Look around for more QD mounts.

I got two different models, and both hold my slings VERY well.

I also have seen a few AEG stocks that allow for a RS plate to be installed.
And yes, the QD you linked won't work if your battery is in the stock. The space the QD mount takes is for the wires to go through.

Depends on the gun but I've fit them, no wiring problems. I've just had to tighten the inner washer screw over the outter buffer screw to properly align the buffer tube.
